The Best Worship Amp Capture I’ve Ever Played I was genuinely surprised by the immediacy and responsiveness of this capture. From the very first pick attack, the sound felt inspiring in a way I had never experienced before. It has a beautiful bell-like, crystal-clear transparency, and a smooth, sparkling quality that almost feels like drops of water. Even more impressive, it works beautifully with every pedal I own. As someone who plays guitar for worship in church, I honestly feel that it would be very difficult to find a better amp capture than this.

Amazing Sounding!!! Been struggling to find some packs to show off how great Proxy can sound and this is the one! Amalgam were always my favourite for Tonex captures and have been waiting for them to start releasing proxy packs

Not for me. - lacks true tube power amp interaction and real-time dynamics - feels more like a static snapshot than a living amp - pick attack & transient response noticeably flatter - missing the “pushback” and sag of a real valve circuit - less responsive to volume knob and playing nuance - sounds more compressed and two-dimensional - doesn’t match the depth of a real amp through a reactive load box with IR-based cabinet simulation Conclusion: Good for convenience, but not comparable to a real tube amp + reactive load solution in feel and realism.

Great captures of an amazing amp! I've purchased way too many captures for the QC (not just from Amalgam Audio) and they've mostly always only been "just OK", but this one blew my socks off! Lots of gain available if needed but also so dynamic and cleans up amazing with the volume control on the guitar. Too bad the captures are making me want to buy the actual amp as these things aren't cheap or easily available in Europe! Here's hoping Amalgam might one day be able to also do captures of the Carstens Empire :D

Legendary tone one click away. I'm having a lot of fun and thrills playing the blues with these captures. Especially the edge of breakup tone with 1x15 IR. It delivers all subtilities of your play. The best tone I found so far. Thanks for delivering such affordable access to this legendary amp. ToneX platform as its best with Amalgam.

Amazing captures I've been using this capture pack for a few weeks now. I can't quit playing it. It's an absolutely amazing set of captures. Channel 1's cleans are beautiful and serve as an excellent pedal platform. Channel 2 is great, but channel 3!!??!! Holy wow!!! Channel 3 is why we pick up a guitar in the first place! LOL.. I love this pack!

I’m a believer ! This captured amp is the only one I need now. It’s a great clean pedal platform and it can also rip off the roof with its own gain. I’m running it in the effects loop of my Helix LT and it’s brought new life to that unit!

The ultimate clean Strat tone maker It nails every clean heaven tone you'd imagine. From Mayer to Knopfler to Rory Gallagher... It loves Strats, it loves OD pedals. I can't understand, just played the first 2 Dire Straits albums top to bottom, no pedals and it was perfection.

???? Quite possibly will go down as one of the greatest Fender captures of all time using the QC V2 tech. Jaw droppingly good.

Highly recommended! I’m totally blown away by the captures. I found the sound I was looking for—nice, warm, but punchy edge tones. It sounds like a contradiction, but it’s real. The lows are fabulous with their harmonics. The tone doesn’t need any additional pedals in front, like a compressor or boost; it just sounds very powerful.

Full-bodied Blackface Deluxe I really like this one. It sounds great at every level of gain. A great, super versatile amp for classic rock and blues with plenty of heft.

Has its own "thing" I picked this up because I wanted something different, and this is the best kind of different. My favourite pairing is the edge, warm tone model with my Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound loaded Tele. I get lost playing this one, which is about the best compliment I can give!

Dynamic, warm sounding amp! My first V2 purchase from you guys, and as a long time Mesa player – this thing really Boogies! The included settings chart is a great touch, and you’ve done an excellent job capturing the full range and nuance of the amp. Thanks!

Glad I got this, almost perfect These captures sound amazing! What would have been perfect would be a capture with the settings Tony Iommi used on the early Black Sabbath albums without a booster built into the capture (for those who have their own). The settings for that would be P10 B0 M10 T10 GI10 GII0 on the bass input

Sheer perfection These are truly magical feelings under the fingers. Just invites hours and hours of playing, with both of the IRs supplied. I thought I didn't really enjoy EVM12Ls but whatever way it was mic'd up by Karlis it has incredible punch and cut. You can really do a bit of everything with these, but for me in particular, these nail the less gainy 90s Petrucci sound and 70s-80s Lukather. I'm still loving these just as much as the V2 amps I have from Amalgam at the moment, so no need to wait!

The perfect non-standard metal amp I loved everything about these captures. There's something seemingly impossible or paradoxical about how huge, chunky, gainy and tight this amp is all at once. Its just so playable and pleasantly saturated that the notes just come pouring out of your fingers. Especially in the higher gain territory of channel 2, things start getting volcanic pretty quickly.

Huge sounds from a huge amp This capture set is incredible and worth every cent paid for it! The effort that was spent to meticulously capture this amp comes through on every capture. Fantastic Plexi tones ranging from clean to dimed. The set includes so many captures, you really get to experience all that the amp has to offer. Nice to experience the sounds of the Major in this format as I don't think my neighbours would like a 200 watt Marshall ????

The best so far I own many Amalgam captures, and this one stands out immediately. The Fender Pano is the most authentic blackface-style capture I’ve played so far. It really reminds me of that slightly “rubbery” Twin Reverb feel — that elastic response under the fingers, tight but round low end, glassy highs without harshness, and that beautiful bloom when you dig in. You can actually feel the speaker moving air. It reacts to dynamics exactly the way a great blackface amp should. This one truly captures the vibe. Outstanding work.

Remarkable! This is the best sounding tone model I have tried. Not a fan of the deluxe on its own but I love the Princeton. In a mix the added mids of the deluxe sit perfectly.

So special. Kudos to BadCat and Amalgom! I just love the EF86 side of this running the Crunch WRM capture and using my volume and tone knobs. This makes me want to go buy the real amp...but then I kick myself and say...you've already got everything you need right here. :-)

Spectacular All-Arounder Most of the time, I gravitate toward the Crunch captures, but with the LS I love the LSI Edge BAL! I do use a 112 Black Shadow IR purchased elsewhere. The end result is spectacular. This is my goto for anything I want to do that gives me an 80s vibe (Tears for Fears, Sting, etc.), running in stereo, etc. Love this!

Wonderful amp captures! Love the edge of breakup here that I get with your Crunch THN profile and my volume knob. I've tried a lot of IRs with it and keep coming back to the one you included as well. Thanks!

Another BIG win. Very Powerful and excels with fuzzes If you like Jack White or are even a little bit into powerfull, dirty sounds, this is a must have amp. This amp does everything from warm cleans, to tasty crunch very well. Like Jacks music, you can do anything from soft clean ballads to roaring fuzzy dirty sounds, bluesy leads or great breakup sounds. The amp has a special character (a little different in the mids and it sounds great) and the Cab with its 15 inch speaker has the kind of power I’ve been looking for. It is great for almost everything, but the fuzz sounds a the standout feature for me. The fuzz captures are stunning and react like they should. All in all another big fuzzy win!
